I admit it, I'm not one for 'fate.' I'm more of a 'build your own destiny' kind of gal. But...
our beautiful Mae Huai Xiang was born on Aug. 5. That is the birthdate of my beloved Mother In Law, who Mae was named after (Melba Mae). Mel passed away in October of '04 and was one of the most important people in my life. For my daughter to share not only her name but also her birthday with this wonderful woman....I believe in the Red Thread now.
