Cooking Countdown

I've done some prep tonight to make tomorrow flow a little easier. Happily for Phoenix, the turkey we sponsored this year, our meal will be vegan! 

Done:
soup prepped (squash, onions & apples baked)
pies made
no knead bread prepped (dough made and resting)
pot pie prepped (squash cubed and ready)
Cranberry Jelly prepped (prepared & chilling)
Beets prepped (peeled & quartered)

To Do Tomorrow:
Puree soup
Bake bread
Assemble & bake pot pie
Bake Tofurkey
Steam green beans
Cook beets
Cook stuffing
