First Time Out
This seems a little young to me (15m) but here we are. Mae is repeatedly scratching Sam (hard enough to make him cry.) When I tell her No, she LAUGHS at me. Hmm. So this last time I popped her in her highchair and turned it away from the room. 1 minute only. Thoughts?

Absolutely. It works for us. The few times are a rough as she doesn't realize what it is.
I think 0 tolerance is easier to fix that too much tolerance!!
