we survived
Mae's first swim lesson went remarkably well. She did her fair share of crying, but she is so smart that it only took her a few tries to do things right, so there was less 'struggling' and more 'doing it.' She's going to be fine. She's napping now...I remember the appetite and sleep increase tenfold during this process. Whew!

That is so great for Mae. How exciting! I am sure she will be swimming with the boys in no time.
About ADHD and nutrition, did you see Supersize Me? It was a great documentary and they look at that issue. It is interesting.
