Purple Asparagus

yes, it's true. Yet another surprise from my box today. I've never had purple before. Apparently you have to add lemon juice or vinegar to the cooking water or they lose their purple.
Zucchini
Bartlett Pears
Arugala
Spinach
Red Leaf Lettuce
Red Delicious Apples
Carrots with Tops
Broccoli
Purple Asparagus
Valencia Oranges
Strawberries
Strawberries
Bananas
I'm looking forward to the asparagus and not quite sure what to do with the arugala.
