Rain was looming tonight, so I sacrificed our Wahoo's plan in favor of Tapas and an alone walk after the kiddos were in bed. I was looking forward to roasting the garlic and trying out fried green tomatoes. I also had a frozen tube of Tuno that I was curious about, so I tried out this recipe. The result was a fun and delicious meal, with mojitos to boot. I am feeling decadent, so I may whip up some famous WW brownies tonight to top off the night. TGIF!
