Tofu Fish Stix

Here's a recipe I'm going to try for their lunches tomorrow. It got rave reviews! This will make Ted very happy. He LOVES fish sticks, but is morally opposed to eating fish. In fact, he says I am a 'pretend' vegetarian because I do, and that he is a 'real' one because he won't. Thing is, he's right.
