CSA Pickup deliciousness

Since we had a bunch of radishes, I searched on line for a radish salad. I found this one and added tuna and Amber's dressing. It was a fantastic salad which I repeated on Friday for lunch. And, for the record, I don't (didn't?) even like radishes!

Here's what was in our box on Thursday. We have a full share this time.
As testament to the wonderful education we were given last season, we are ready for these greens! In fact, as of Saturday night, only half of a head of lettuce remains! (We were given 5!)

Don't you have my recipe for "Sallet" from Plimouth Plantation? It is basically spinach leaves with thinly sliced radishes and a sweet/sour dressing of oil, vinegar and sugar. I imagine you could add any other salad greens, too, so long as the dark green spinach shows up against the red and white radishes. Very nice and zingy with heavy wintery foods like turkey (ooops!), stuffing, potatoes, vegetables, etc. Try it, if you have leftover radishes.
