It happens every year. I stock and stock the freezers and we don't eat the bounty, because it feels safer to hoard. Well, this year I'm going to break the tradition! From now on, our dinners will come from the freezer. When the larder is bare, I can go back to cooking up some late winter stews and soups from our bean supply. Mmm mmm. How is your winter going, those of you who stock up all summer and fall?
